It just adds a nice flavor you don’t get with regular oil. I learned a lot of fast food places used to use beef tallow, which probably explains the taste McDonald’s fries have. It’s not heavy or greasy, just gives food a better flavor. We’ve tried it with fries, eggs, and some veggies and it works for all of it. Definitely something we keep using.
